Champagne Sabering on NYE

Join us for our Annual Champagne Sabering event on NYE. Sabering is a method of opening traditional method bubbles bottles with a small sword or knife. We will teach you how to do it and then demonstrate at 5pm. Please be here at 4:30pm so that we can gather everyone for the 5pm sabering. The cost per person is $20 and this gets you pours of the sabered bottles of Champagne, food, and desserts. Five o’clock here is midnight in the Champagne region, which makes this the perfect way to celebrate the New Year early. We hope to see you here!
